Glenn Colby is a accordionist/pianist/bassist/arranger who relocated to Woodinville, WA in 2018. After working as a sideman on bass, keyboard, and other instruments for many years, Glenn now focuses on solo accordion -- but not the typical polka music you might expect. Instead, Glenn seeks out beautiful melodies from around the world and Glenn's current repertoire includes hundreds of tunes from a wide range of genres including Argentinian/tango, Cuban, French, Italian, Balkan, Mexican, Klezmer, Russian, and classic American tunes. Glenn loves getting to know what the audience likes to hear and can draw on his experience in jazz, classical, rhythm and blues, rock, and folk music to please just about any crowd whether they are dancing it up, celebrating a wedding, or enjoying a quiet romantic dinner.
